General Questions

Yes, we do accept orders through Whatsapp or Facebook. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase your items through the website.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. It will be an automatically generated email, so do check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
You are allowed to change your order items before shipping. We are happy to help you. However, once your order is shipped there is nothing we can do. Unless the product falls under the return/refund policy.
If the order has not been packed or sent we will be happy to refund 100%. However, cancel is not allowed once your order is shipped unless it falls on the return/refund policy.

We allow a return and refund of YourGutt™ products that you have purchased with the criteria that they are defective, expired upon purchase, wrong orders.
Firstly, you can check whether the email has been sorted to your spam or other mailbox. Every complete order should get a status email. If you did not get one, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. If you need any assistance please call us +6018-250 0123.
If a parcel arrives damaged, snap photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage. If they do prove to be damaged, take photos of any damaged items. Reseal the box, send us the photos and we will get back to you shortly on the process of return/refund of goods. Deliveries

We usually pack your orders the next day after you are done making payment. For West Malaysia, it will take 3-10 working days to arrive and for East Malaysia, it will take 5-14 working days to arrive. However, there may be delays on Monday, Public Holidays, and Company Trips.
We are not responsible for any physical (or emotional) damage of goods along the delivery process.

West Malaysia

Subscriptions

  1. Select the products that you wish to subscribe to, click on the product.
  2. Then select the subscription option and add it to cart.
  3. On the checkout page, it will show the date and total payment amount, and the next renewal cycle. 
  4. Proceed to check out and pay.
  5. Your subscription package will be delivered to you.

  3. It will display the status of your subscription and when’s the next billing cycle.

Unfortunately, you are unable to resubscribe from your previous subscription. A new purchase of a subscription would have to be made.

For long-term consumers, we highly encourage you to subscribe to enjoy these benefits:

You are unable to adjust your subscription, but only to cancel it.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Account, and click on account details.
  2. Click on the Subscription tab.
  3. It will display your subscription plans.
  4. Click “View”, and you will be brought to a page stating your subscription details.
  5. Click on “Cancel” to cancel your subscription.

  5. There will be an option for you to cancel or edit your shipment address.

Yes, you can change your address.

  1. Go to Account, and click on account details.
  2. Click on the Subscription tab.
  3. It will display your subscription plans.
  4. Click “View”, and you will be brought to a page stating your subscription details.
  5. Click “Edit” on your address and email us at info@yourgutt.my regarding your change in address.
  6. We will ship the next subscription package to the new address.

Your billing cycle will be billed according to the date of purchase.

Yes, you can. You can change your subscription plan to any of the selections (3 months, 6 months, & 12 months). It will be effective on your next billing cycle. Benefits will be adjusted accordingly as well.
