Indigestion, Bloating, Excessive Gas

What is indigestion, bloating and excessive gas?

Indigestion is pain or discomfort around your upper abdomen or also known as dyspepsia or upset stomach. Commonly, it is rather symptoms than a disease depending on how often it happens. It could sometimes be a sign of an underlying problem, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers, or gallbladder disease, rather than a condition of its own.

Furthermore, gas, burping, and bloating are common conditions when the stomach and intestines break down food in your body. Unreleased gas would cause bloating, which is a feeling of fullness in the abdomen, can make you uncomfortable. Although many people think that they pass gas too often or have too much gas, it is rare to have too much gas. Changing what you eat and drink can sometimes cut down on gas and relieve discomfort caused by gas.
