Return And Refund Policy
We allow a return and refund of YourGutt™ products that you have purchased with the criteria
that they are:
- Expired upon purchase
- Wrong orders
Products returned are to be in unopened condition else return or refund will be voided.
Claims must be lodged through emails within (7) seven working days of delivery date to be
eligible for replacement or refund. Depending on the claim, we may require evidence of defects/
expiration/ order attached in the email. Items will be replaced with the same item originally
purchased or opting to for full refund. Products are to be delivered to our address to initiate the
replacement or refund of the product.
To request for replacement or refund:

- Once evaluation has been conducted on request with evidence provided, a return/
replacement/ refund will be issued within (7) seven working days if evidence provided
- If you feel that your situation is an exclusion of our policy, do not hesitate to contact us
